Discover the origin of the limestone with a light beige background. The Vale da Cruz quarry is located in Prazeres de Aljubarrota, Alcobaça. Here we extract the limestone generically known as Vidraço de Moleanos. The stone is characterized by a white to light beige background, grains and small marine fossils in the form of scattered brown spots.
