The Vale da Louceira quarry is located in Turquel, Alcobaça. Here we extract limestone known as Vidraço Vale da Louceira. This stone is characterized by its beige colour. It contains many aesthetically pleasing characteristics, amongst which marine fossils and tiny round, dark grains.
