The Gibson Hotel — Point Village, Ireland
Building awarded by the Association of Landscape Contractors of Ireland
The stones Branco Real and Azul Mónica with honed and polished finishes offer contrast in the architecture of the Gibson Hotel, in Point Village, Ireland. The limestone varieties were used to clad the facade and interior walls of the building and also in masonry, stairs, bathroom countertops and exterior and interior flooring. The architectural firm Scott Tallon Walker conceived the project, recognized with an award from the Association of Landscape Contractors of Ireland in 2010.
