Gateway Building, Titanic Quarter — Belfast, Ireland

One of Europe's most sustainable and efficient buildings

The stone Branco Real with honed finish clads the facades and was used in the masonry and coping of the Gateway building. The office building, located at the entrance of the Titanic Quarter, in Belfast, Northern Ireland, represents one of the world's largest urban waterfront requalification. Conceived by Todd Architects and built in 2009, Gateway is one of Europe's most sustainable and efficient buildings, worthy of the LEED certification - Leardship in Energy and Environmental Design.
