Samuel Delgado awarded by the President of Portugal

President of the Board of Directors of SOLANCIS was awarded the degree of Commander of the Order of Business Merit

Samuel Delgado, president of the Board of Directors of SOLANCIS, was awarded by the President Aníbal Cavaco Silva with the degree of Commander of the Order of Business Merit, Class of Industrial Merit.

The ceremony, which took place on the 17th of December at the Cultural Center of Macieira de Cambra, in Vale de Cambra municipality, marked the completion of eight days of "Roadmap to a Dynamic Economy".

Apart from Samuel Delgado, there were 13 other entrepreneurs awarded who, according to the Presidency, "are an expression of the dynamism of the economy".

It is recalled that in October 2014 Cavaco Silva visited the facilities of SOLANCIS, also under the "Roadmap to a Dynamic Economy".

The Roadmap aimed to "give visibility to examples of undeniable business success. Essentially exporting companies, endowed with strong dynamism, ambition and ability to innovate and compete", said the President during the closing speech of the initiative.
